Ordering from us
1. Order
We offer you the possibility to order conveniently from our online shop. You will have the option of concluding the purchase contract in English.
2. Payment options
2.1. By payment in advance
When ordering by payment in advance, the ordered goods will be sent as soon as the invoice amount is credited to our bank account.
2.2. By credit card / PayPal
We offer our customers the possibility to pay via Mastercard or Visa credit card as well as via PayPal and other methods.
2.3. By voucher
Please note that vouchers cannot be paid out and that the voucher amount (in case of several vouchers: the sum of all vouchers) may not be higher than the order value.
Note: Please enter an e-mail address when placing your order. You will then automatically receive a confirmation that your order has been received along with all the necessary instructions for the desired payment option.
3. Delivery
3.1. Shipping is carried out via DHL or PostNL or DPD and will be delivered to your specified delivery address or choose to drop at automated lockers or service points. Should the delivery person not be able to reach you, you will be notified in writing. You then have the choice of having the goods delivered again or collecting the package from a depository near you.
3.2. Partial deliveries are permitted if unavoidable.
3.3. Additional customs duties, taxes and fees apply for deliveries to non-EU countries.

Cancellation policy, transport related damages and data protection
1. Consumer's right of withdrawal
1.1. Consumers shall have a right of withdrawal in accordance with the following provisions, whereby a consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes which can predominantly be attributed neither to their commercial nor to their independent professional activity.
2. Cancellation policy
2.1. Consumers have a 30-days right of withdrawal.
3. Right of withdrawal
3.1. You have the right to cancel your order up to 30 days after the day of receipt without giving a reason. You have another 14 days after cancellation to return your product. You will then be credited for the full order amount including shipping costs. Only the return costs from your home to the store are for your own account. These costs are approximately 6.95 per package, for the exact rates please consult the website of your carrier.
3.2. Effects of the withdrawal
If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product will be returned to the entrepreneur with all delivered accessories and - if reasonably possible - in its original condition and packaging. Should the product be damaged or the packaging more damaged than necessary to sell the product, we may pass this depreciation of the product on to you. So please treat the product with care and make sure it is properly packaged when returning it.
3.3. To exercise this right, please contact us at info@jolobicycle.com or via our Contact Us page. We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days of notification of your return provided the product has already been received back in good order."
4. Returning of Goods
4.1. We may refuse repayment until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever occurs first.
4.2. You shall bear the actual costs of returning the goods. For goods that are not suitable for parcel shipment and cannot be returned by normal post due to their characteristics, these costs shall amount to 35 euros for collection by a forwarding agent.
4.3. Special return costs for Germany, Belgium, Denmark, France, Luxembourg, Austria, United Kingdom and other countries within EU region:
Return costs from the above-mentioned countries will be carried by us if the value of the returned goods exceeds 100 euros.
4.4. You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately and in any case no later than 30 days from the day on which you notify us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the expiry of the 30-day period.
4.5. You will only have to pay for any possible decrease in value of the goods if this decrease in value is attributable to handling the goods in a way that is not necessary for the inspection of the condition, properties and functioning of the goods.
4.6 A return labels will be available at customer's portal for signed-in customers and a printed return labels will be included to shipped orders as standard.
5. Damage in transit/claims
We ask you our customers to report apparent defects within one week. In the case of transport damages which are already visible by appearance, we ask you to check the package immediately and to have a damage confirmation issued by the transport company in any case.
6. Dispute resolution
For complaints, a consumer should first turn to the entrepreneur. If the online store cannot be resolved by mutual agreement, the consumer should turn to WebwinkelKeur (www.webwinkelkeur.nl), which will mediate free of charge. Check whether this store has a current membership through https://www.webwinkelkeur.nl/leden/. If there is still no solution, the consumer has the possibility to have his complaint handled by the independent arbitration board appointed by WebwinkelKeur, the decision is binding and both entrepreneur and consumer agree to this binding decision. To submit a dispute to this dispute committee are costs associated that the consumer has to pay to the committee. It is also possible to submit complaints via the European ODR platform (http://ec.europa.eu/odr).
7. Complaints procedure
It is always possible that something does not go quite as planned. We recommend that you first report complaints to us by emailing info@jolobicycle.com or via our Contact Us page. If this does not lead to a solution, it is possible to register your dispute for mediation through WebwinkelKeur via https://www.webwinkelkeur.nl/kennisbank/consumenten/geschil.
In addition it's also possible for consumers in the EU to report complaints through the European Commission's ODR platform. This ODR platform can be found at http://ec.europa.eu/odr. If your complaint is not already being processed elsewhere you are free to file your complaint through the European Union platform.

Promotional vouchers
The voucher code must be entered in the voucher field on the “Shipping/Payment” page during the order process and confirmed by clicking on the “Redeem” button.
Should you return items from a promotion and fall below the order value necessary to meet the promotional bonus, the promotion will be invalidated and the entire amount of the credit will be forfeited.
Please also note that subsequent redemption of the voucher code is no longer possible for technical reasons.
Unless otherwise stated, the voucher code can be redeemed until 24:00 (CET) on the last day of the promotion.
